Hair Bow Holder

I forgot where I saw this, but they are pretty popular on other blogs. I needed something to match my new bathroom stuff which is teal and brown so this is what I came up with...

(I have many more bows, but still haven't found them all since we just moved)

First I mixed a few colors together of paint to get the right teal to match my towels...

(I didn't sand my frame that I got from Homegoods for $5.99 but now I wish I would have.)

Then I cut a piece of cardboard the size of my frame...

Then I cut a piece of fabric and a piece of quilt batting to fit over the cardboard.

( I got the fabric from Joann's it was on sale for like 1.79/yd. )

I then taped down the edges... I used this blue tape,

 but I recommend using duct tape... It holds much better!

Then cut strips of white ribbon,

Put on the fabric covered cardboard and taped down

 the ribbon to the cardboard, put the back of the frame and tadda!
